Incorporated in 1990 as a Florida Corporation, UniSource special
izes in offering integrated economic, legal and financial supporting documentation for a broad range of Business and Economic projects.

UniSource has researched,  published and filed documents in support of over 250 successful EB-5 Project  and  Regional Center applications and amendments. To date, over a thousand Investor I-526s have been approved with many at the final I-829 approval stages or with permanent residency status.

With Kathryn A. Nuckols,  a Licensed Attorney, UniSource can offer supporting corporate and investor immigration legal documentation consistent with EB-5 approval requirements.

Kat Nuckols holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. Having held senior positions in management and marketing prior to earning her J.D. Kat also brings a depth of business experience to UniSource. Kat has authored supporting documents for scores of successful Project and Regional Center applications and immigrant investor petitions.

Chris C. Kofler is the Founder, President and Chief Economist with UniSource Inc. Mr. Kofler bases his national and multinational business interests in Sarasota, Florida. As an FAA Licensed Commercial Pilot, he has quick access to clients and projects in the U.S. and Canada. He has been a long term contributor to Economic Studies for Industry, Government and for EB-5 Project and Regional Center applications.

 Mr. Kofler is an experienced Economist, a current 2023 State of Florida Licensed Commercial Building Contractor, and has over 25 years experience in Economics, Business, Construction, Development and Real Estate. Mr. Kofler holds a B.A in Economics and a Master's Degree in Economics and Business Administration from York University.
